“Victory Churches of Asia exists for the glory of God and the expansion of His Kingdom through evangelism, discipleship, church planting and missions.”

Victory Churches international was founded in Canada in 1993 by Drs George and Hazel Hill. Currently with over 2000 churches in 20 Nations, it is one of the fastest church planting movements in the world.

Pastors Rich and Ning Conte have been planting churches in the Philippines for the past 25 years. In September 2003, they came under VCI and formed Victory Churches of Asia.

Here in the Philippines, VCA has planted over 20 churches, started dozens of livelihood projects, Christian schools, a Bible School, and other kingdom expansion projects

Our Vision

• To build a church of not less than 10,000 members within the next 10-15 years
• To plant not less than 20 new “church planting” churches here in the Philippines within the next 5 years and 200 new churches within the next 25 years.
• To become a cell based church with not less than 200 cell groups within the next 3 years.  With a goal of 80% of our members being active in a cell group.
• To have set up our own Bible School in order to train a multitude of full time Christian workers.
• To eventually own a church building (with a Bible School) & with an auditorium that will seat several thousands.
• To send and support dozens of Filipino missionaries who will plant churches throughout the lease evangelized nations of Asia.

Ten Tenets of Victory Churches International
