2010 Conference: 7 Years Of Victory

Written by  VCA Editor

An awesome time of impartation, empowerment and equipping for the pastors, leaders and workers of Victory

Close to 300 pastors, leaders and workers from the various churches planted by Victory Churches of Asia–Fairview filled the vast hall of the Ciudad Christia Resort during the “7 Years of Victory Leadership Conference” on September 24- 25. The delegates were privileged to be coached and re-energized by messages from the founders of Victory Churches International, Drs. George and Hazel Hill, as well as the regional overseer of the Victory Churches for Southeast Asia, Pastor Al Purvis.

The line-up of speakers included Pastor Glen Munday, Senior Pastor of Lifeway Christian Church, Australia, Pastor Exequiel Pudpud Jr. of VCA-Tungko and Pastor Albert Amoguis of VCA-Northeastern Caloocan. Their power-packed sessions sought to enhance the delegates’ leadership capabilities by expanding their vision, imparting to them a winning spirit, and motivating them toward higher levels of ministry.

Aside from powerful messages from the six anointed speakers, glorious times of praise and worship highlighted the event.

Here is an overview of just some of the key points discussed by the speakers:

Dr. Hazel Hill: how to become an effective dream team coach of leaders

“To be a dream team coach, you must harness the collective genius of your team members.”

Pastor Glen Munday: leadership principles that can be gathered from each character in the parable of the prodigal son in Luke, Chapter 15.

“It’s not just about loving God. It’s about having a heart for what God has a heart for”.

Pastor Exequiel Pudpud: how to develop intimate friendship with God

“Your intimacy with God will put you in a position of leadership”.

Pastor Al Purvis: how to bring about supernatural increase in the ministry

“What you do attracts vision and destiny to your life”.

Dr. George Hill: Multiplying the anointing in your ministry

“The strength of your anointing is in doing what God wants you to do. Your destiny involves a series of ‘assignments’”.

Pastor Al Purvis: The importance of devotion, of having a higher level of commitment.

Devout men are the ones used by God to do great things. Our level of devotion predicts our level of success”.

Pastor Albert Amoguis: Being organized in the ministry and the importance of delegating

“A well-organized and motivated team can always accomplish more than an individual”.

Dr. George Hill: Four areas of unity that will guarantee success: (1) Unity of purpose, (2) Unity in diversity, (3) Unity under attack, and (4) Unity in advancement

“The acts of my generation will supersede the acts in the Book of Acts.”
